What wax do you use in your candles and wax melts? 
Both our candle and wax melts are made from organic soy waxes.

What is zero-waste production? 
Zero-waste production is when a company tries to minimise their waste production and carbon footprint by making eco-friendly changes to the way they make their products, such as offering products in reusable or recyclable containers with minimal plastic. 

 

Do you make your products in bulk? 
For quality control and zero-waste management, we do not make our products in batches of more than three. This allows us to minimise the amount of products left sitting in storage and maintains our high level of quality control. When a soy candle is left in storage, temperature fluctuations can cause marbling or frosting of the wax. Whilst this is a natural reaction for soy wax and has no real impact on the burn or use of a candle or wax melt, we try to minimise this as much as possible so that we know our products leave us looking and smelling as beautiful as possible. 

How long will it take for my order to arrive? 
Because our products are created in small batches, it can take up to a week for your order to be made and then shipped. We currently send all of our orders via DPD Next Day Delivery to ensure that they reach you as quickly as possible after they pass quality control. Please be advised that during holiday periods, our production time can increase so please allow up to two weeks during busier periods. 

Do you use plastic in your products? 
Plastic usage is minimised in all aspects of our production, including packaging and shipping. Our products are designed to be recyclable and sustainable wherever possible.
